In the event of a cancellation, we require our clients to give 48 hours notice for all reschedules or cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before their appointment will be charged 20%service fee. Cancellation fees are not added to future appointments. Things come up and we know you're human! Our cancellation policy will be enforced at the discretion of your stylist. These policies are industry standard and are to protect stylists time and business as well as allowing other clients a chance at an appointment if possible.
